Connecticut Reaches Out to Hispanic Taxpayers

Recognizing that 15% of Connecticut's population speaks Spanish and that the state is home to 14,000 Hispanic-owned businesses, Connecticut has produced a 13-minute Spanish language video that instructs tax payers on how to file their taxes. The state hopes to produce more Spanish video tutorials in the future.
